Bread

I’ve tested every loaf of bread I could find, and have a top 3!

1.Costco gluten free loaves come in a two pack and do not taste gluten free!

2. Would you believe me that one of my favorite breads is from…. Walmart!? Sam’s Choice blew me away with how soft it is!

3. Trader Joe’s has great gluten free bread. Good gluten free buns are hard to find- TJ’s has the best hamburger buns!

Crackers

These almond flour crackers from Simple Mills are my favorite crackers. Many stores have these- but they are the best buy at Costco!

Chips

My favorite chips are Siete Nacho Chips and Late July tortilla chips. Most tortilla chips are gluten free, but always check the ingredients because there can be some sneaky gluten.

Flour

Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 flour is my favorite flour to bake with! I’ve never had an issue using it cup for cup with cakes, muffins, or cupcakes! I love this brand and also use their gluten free corn bread mix, flaxseed meal, and oatmeal.

Pasta

Pasta has been the hardest to find gluten free with the right texture. My favorite is Barilla gluten free pasta- just make sure to make it al dente. With all gluten free pasta I’ve tried, if it’s cooked too long it will fall apart. If you’re looking for Ramen, many stores including Costco have Lotus Foods Rice Ramen which is great!

Baking Mixes

Simple Mills has great gluten free options (like the crackers above) and I also love their baking mixes. If you’re looking for gluten free baking- definitely try this brand!
