  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, Greek yogurt, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
