  • 2 gloves garlic (omit for low FODMAP)
  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve with sliced baguette, my favorite is Schar
