  • 6 cups Gluten-Free Puff Rice Cereal
  • 3 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 6 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries, crushed (use a food processor or a rolling pin in a ziploc bag)

Directions

Step 1
Line and Grease: Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2
Melt Butter & Marshmallows: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and smooth.
Step 3
Remove from Heat: Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Step 4
Combine: Add the puff rice cereal and crushed freeze-dried strawberries to the melted marshmallow mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Step 5
Press into Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly and evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Step 6
Cool and Cut: Let the treats cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
